Job Summary:

We are looking for a Software Administrator to manage and maintain the company's software systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth software operations, providing technical support, coordinating with software vendors, and supporting various departments with software-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the company's software applications
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve software-related issues
- Create and manage user accounts, roles, and access permissions
- Coordinate with software vendors for bug fixes, updates, and new feature implementation
- Monitor software performance and ensure smooth system operations
- Generate reports and MIS as required by management
- Train employees on software usage and new features
- Ensure data security, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Maintain software documentation, backups, and user manuals
- Coordinate with HR, Sales, Accounts, Admin, and other departments for software-related requirements




- Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and user experience

Required Skills:

- Experience with ERP, CRM, HRMS, or other business software
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases (preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work with software vendors and internal teams

Qualification:

- BCA / MCA / B.Sc (IT) / B.Tech (Computer Science/IT) or equivalent

Experience:

- 2–5 years of experience in Software Administration, Application Support, ERP Support, or IT Support

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise business applications
- Basic knowledge of networking and system administration
- Ability to manage multiple software applications and support different departments
- Solid analytical and organizational skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
