About the Role

Nexora Workforce is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated HR Recruitment Interns who are passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition. This internship offers practical HR experience, professional training, and the opportunity to work remotely with flexible working hours.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
- Contact candidates via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.




- Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities.

Eligibility

- Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Laptop and reliable internet connection preferred.
- Interest in Human Resources and Recruitment.
