Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure engineering, mechanical, electrical, and consumable materials as per business requirements.
- Float RFQs, evaluate quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize vendors.
- Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs), and ensure timely order processing.
- Coordinate with user departments to understand procurement requirements and delivery schedules.
- Track order status and ensure on-time delivery of materials.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and identify current vendors.
- Conduct vendor evaluations and support vendor development initiatives.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores to avoid stock shortages.
- Resolve supplier issues related to quality, quantity, and delivery.
- Maintain procurement records, MIS reports, and documentation.
- Support cost optimization initiatives through strategic sourcing and negotiations.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good analytical and commercial understanding.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/SAP, or other procurement software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
