About the role
The Site Supervisor is the operational link between the Site Engineer and the workforce on the ground. The role ensures that day-to-day construction activities run smoothly, safely, and on schedule, with tight quality control at the execution level.

Key responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work proceeds as per the execution plan.
- Allocate work to skilled and unskilled labor; ensure productivity targets are met.
- Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment at the workfront before work starts.
- Monitor workmanship and immediately flag deviations from drawings or specifications.
- Maintain attendance and labor deployment records.
- Coordinate with the Site Engineer on technical clarifications and progress updates.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure use of PPE at all times.




- Maintain housekeeping and discipline at the site.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI with relevant specialization (graduates are also welcome).
- 3+ years of experience in construction supervision; industrial construction experience preferred.

Skills

- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Strong people management and on-ground leadership skills.
- Familiarity with construction techniques, materials, and tools.
- Solid sense of ownership and accountability.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
