About Us

Sound Plus Speech & Hearing Centre is a growing multidisciplinary rehabilitation centre dedicated to helping children and adults improve their communication, speech, language, and hearing abilities. We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Speech Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct speech, language, voice, and communication assessments.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on client needs.
- Provide one-on-one speech therapy sessions.
- Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Educate parents and caregivers on home-based therapy techniques.
- Collaborate with psychologists, occupational therapists, special educators, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary treatment planning.

Qualifications

- BASLP or MASLP from a recognized institution.
- Valid RCI Registration (Mandatory).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children and individuals with communication disorders.

Preferred Skills





- Experience with pediatric speech and language therapy.
- Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder, speech delay, hearing impairment, AAC, and language disorders is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Salary

₹28,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on qualifications and experience)
