Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and provide accurate financial insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

Core Objective

Ensure every rupee is tracked, controlled, optimized, and reported accurately to maximize profitability across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities1. Daily Financial Recording & Reconciliation

- Maintain accurate daily income & expense records
- Verify sales vs cash/UPI collections and ensure zero mismatch

2. Cash Flow Management

- Track all inflows and outflows
- Ensure timely vendor payments
- Maintain weekly cash flow forecasts

3. Outlet-wise Profitability Tracking

- Monitor profit/loss of each outlet
- Identify low-performing outlets and provide insights

4. Leakage & Fraud Control

- Detect billing leakage and cash discrepancies
- Monitor unauthorized discounts
- Report issues within 24–48 hours

5. Inventory & Cost Control

- Track inventory usage vs sales
- Identify wastage and overuse
- Maintain cost targets

6. Reporting System

- Daily: Sales, collections, expenses
- Weekly: Outlet performance reports
- Monthly: P&L; and profit analysis

7. Profit Optimization

- Identify cost-saving opportunities
- Suggest improvements in pricing and expenses

8. Franchise Financial Tracking

- Track investment vs returns
- Monitor royalty payments and compliance

Central Expense Control

- Track salaries, vendor payments, and overheads
- Ensure budget discipline

10. Taxation & GST Compliance

- Ensure accurate GST billing
- File GST returns on time
- Track and claim input credits
- Maintain proper documentation
- Coordinate with legal/vendor for compliance

11. Data Accuracy & Compliance

- Maintain audit-ready records
- Ensure accuracy of all financial data

Final Role Summary

Own complete financial control, tax compliance, leakage prevention, and profit optimization across all outlets.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce
- 1–2 years of experience (F&B; / franchise experience preferred)

- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
