Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical inventory.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately and on time.
- Maintain warehouse organization and optimize storage space for maximum efficiency.
- Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, transportation, and customer service departments.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
