About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Manager to manage and grow our business on Amazon and Myntra. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with marketplace operations, catalog management, advertising, and customer/order management. This is a high-ownership role with responsibility for driving sales and improving marketplace performance.

Experience Required

- 3+ years of experience managing Amazon and Myntra marketplaces.
- Experience with home textiles, apparel, or consumer brands is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon and Myntra.
- Perform keyword research and optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns to improve ROAS and sales.
- Monitor product rankings, organic visibility, and competitor activity.
- Coordinate new product launches and catalog updates.
- Manage daily marketplace operations, including inventory updates and stock availability.
- Monitor and resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, and account-related queries.
- Handle order management, returns, customer queries, and marketplace escalations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, creatives, pricing,



and promotions.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales, advertising performance, and marketplace health.
- Work closely with marketplace account managers to drive business growth.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Myntra Partner Portal.
- Experience managing Amazon Ads.
- Understanding of marketplace SEO and keyword optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple SKUs and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience with Shopify or other marketplaces is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
