Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop visually compelling marketing materials that strengthen our brand identity and support sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will create both digital and print designs for residential and commercial real estate projects, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Collateral

- Design brochures, flyers, leaflets, company profiles, and project presentations.
- Create newspaper advertisements, magazine ads, and outdoor hoardings.
- Develop project branding elements, logos, and visual identities.
- Ensure all designs follow company branding guidelines.

Digital Marketing Creatives

- Design social media posts, reels covers, banners, and carousel creatives.
- Create Google Display Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad creatives.




- Design email marketing banners and WhatsApp promotional creatives.
- Produce website banners, landing page graphics, and blog images.

Sales Support Materials

- Prepare sales presentations and pitch decks.
- Design project master plans, location maps, and site layout illustrations.
- Create price sheet templates and sales brochures.
- Develop event branding materials for exhibitions and property expos.

Video & Motion Graphics Support

- Design thumbnails and cover images for videos.
- Create motion graphics for digital campaigns.
- Develop animated promotional content (basic level).
- Support video editing team with graphics and visual asse

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
