- Take ownership and help define the experience of your apps
- Communicate effectively with the client and the other teams
- Write reliable, efficient code and deliver on a timeline
- Work with senior developers to ensure your code is top-class
- Understand development paradigms, memory management, networking, multi-threading and notifications.
