Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Site Supervisor to join our team at Avonfinity. You will be the "eyes and ears" on the ground, ensuring that our construction or interior projects are running smoothly, safely, and on time. Whether you are just starting your career or have some experience, we want someone who is disciplined and ready to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Supervision: Oversee day-to-day activities at the site and ensure workers/laborers are following the plan.
Material Management: Keep track of incoming materials,
check for quality, and prevent wastage or theft.
Attendance Tracking: Maintain a daily log of laborers and subcontractors present in office.
Quality Control: Ensure the work being done (civil, painting, tiling, or carpentry) meets the company’s quality standards.
Safety Compliance: Make sure all workers follow basic safety rules and keep the site clean and organized.
Reporting: Provide daily updates to the Project Manager or Site Engineer regarding work progress and any issues faced.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
