We are currently seeking a Site Billing Engineer to join our team in the construction industry. As a Site Billing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be essential in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting successful project completion.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and review project invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with project management and site teams to gather necessary billing information.
- Analyze and validate billing data, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and implementation of corrective actions.
- Maintain project billing records and documentation.
- Provide support to project teams, answering any billing-related inquiries.
- Keep track of billing deadlines to ensure timely submission.

Requirement





- Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or similar role in a construction setting.
- Strong knowledge of billing processes and financial accounting principles.
- Proficient in using billing software and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of construction contracts and project billing requirements is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
