Job Summary:

The MRD Executive is responsible for maintaining, organizing, and retrieving patient medical records in a systematic manner. The role ensures accuracy, confidentiality, and timely availability of patient data for clinical, legal, and administrative use.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Graduate (preferably in Health Information Management, Hospital Administration, or Life Sciences).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in MRD or hospital documentation.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital record systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital software (HIS/EMR).
- Attention to detail and high sense of confidentiality.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
