We are expanding our sales network and are looking for highly motivated Freelance Lead Generation Specialists who can identify, engage, and convert prospective clients.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Freelance Lead Generation Specialist, you will:

- Generate new client leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, networking, and offline promotions.
- Respond to enquiries professionally and build trust with prospective clients.
- Explain our immigration and education services clearly.
- Identify clients interested in Student Visa, Visit Visa, Work Visa, Dependent Visa, and PR services.
- Follow up with prospects until they register with Ubeckons Consultancy.
- Maintain good customer relationships throughout the sales process.




- Coordinate with our admissions and visa processing team after successful client registration.
- Meet monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Preferred Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust sales and persuasion abilities
- Customer service experience
- Confidence in handling phone calls and online enquiries
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with social media marketing is an advantage
- Previous experience in education consultancy, immigration, insurance, banking, or sales is preferred but not mandatory
