- Strong core Java, JEE, OO design skills and understanding of design patterns,
- Good knowledge on many from the following technology stack - Core Java, JDBC, Servlet, JSP, JSTL, spring rest, hibernate, struts, MVC, Log4j, Maven, html, css, Javascript, Jquery , SQL (RDBMS Knowledge e.g Mysql), App server Knowledge (Tomcat/JBoss etc.), OSGi, SOAP/REST webservices
- ** Hands on with Spring MVC or any other Java based MVC framework.
- Hands on with Hibernate or any other ORM framework.
- Knowledge of async message processing using JMS/RabbitMQ is a big plus.
- Knowledge of SQL and understanding of relational databases
- Strong Debugging and Troubleshooting Expertise
- Effective communication skills (oral and written)
