We are looking for motivated Electrical Engineering freshers who are interested in developing a career in Field Service & Reliability Engineering. The selected candidate will be trained in advanced electrical and mechanical condition monitoring techniques and will support on-site testing and diagnostic activities as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform field service and testing activities at customer sites as assigned
- Carry out electrical condition monitoring services including:
- Electrical Signature Analysis (Motor Current Signature Analysis – MCSA)
- Infrared Thermography
- Assist and perform mechanical condition monitoring services such as:
- Vibration Analysis
- In office Dynamic Balancing
- Laser Shaft Alignment
- Support motor and related electrical testing activities
- Collect, analyze, and document test data and observations
- Assist senior engineers during site jobs, shutdowns, and diagnostics
- Prepare service reports and coordinate with internal teams
Training & Development
- Structured technical training will be provided by the company
- Hands-on exposure to electrical and mechanical reliability engineering practices
- All training-related expenses will be borne by the company
Travel & Expenses
- Site visits will be as per project requirements
- All official site-related expenses will be covered by the company, including:
- Travel
- Food
- Accommodation (stay), wherever applicable
Candidate Profile
- Willingness to learn advanced testing and diagnostic technologies
- Interest in field service and on-site engineering work
- Ready for site visits within Maharashtra and across India as required
- Good technical aptitude and analytical skills
- Basic understanding of electrical machines is an added advantage
Service Commitment
The engineer is expected to work with the organization for a minimum of 2 years, considering the investment in training and skill development.
Qualification
BE / BTech / Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Freshers welcome)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
