Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resource Manager to lead our HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and creating a positive work culture. The HR Manager will work closely with management to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines.
- Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution professionally.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and performance improvement processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee benefits.
- Coordinate training and professional development programs.
- Support payroll processing by maintaining accurate HR records.
- Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics for management.
- Promote a positive,

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRMS and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
