Position: HR Recruiter

Department: Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

Location: Work From Home (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Full Day) & Saturday (Half Day)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, databases, and networking channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining hiring quality.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.




- Deliver an excellent candidate experience and represent the company professionally.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently in a target-oriented workplace.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Experience

0–5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or consultancy hiring.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Position closure within agreed timelines.
- Quality of shortlisted candidates.
- Offer-to-joining ratio.
- Candidate and client satisfaction.
- Recruitment Turnaround Time (TAT).

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
