Counsel prospective students and parents regarding coaching programs, facilities, batches, and fee structure.

- Handle admissions from inquiry to enrollment and maintain regular follow-ups for lead conversion.
- Coordinate daily with coaches to ensure smooth execution of training schedules and academy activities.
- Manage overall institute operations and ensure efficient day-to-day functioning.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness and hygiene across the academy premises.
- Ensure students receive all promised facilities and address any concerns promptly.
- Monitor student attendance, maintain operational records, and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate tournaments, camps, events, and special training sessions.
- Support marketing initiatives, admission campaigns, and business development activities.
- Build robust relationships with students, parents,



schools, and other stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and contribute to the institute's growth.
