Job Summary

We are hiring passionate and target-driven Real Estate Sales Executives to promote and sell residential plots, farm lands, and real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, client meetings, site visits, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and handle customer leads through calls, references, and marketing campaigns.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits to clients.
- Arrange and attend site visits with customers.
- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and investors.
- Follow up with interested customers for conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Maintain customer database and sales reports.
- Coordinate with management and sales team for smooth deal closure.

Requirements





- Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in real estate sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply.
- Must be confident, presentable, and customer-focused.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media preferred.
