- Manage all inward activities by receiving materials, verifying quantity and quality with Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Challans (DC), and Invoices, and reporting shortages or damages.
- Ensure proper storage, inventory management, stock accuracy, and conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Handle all outward and dispatch activities by verifying orders, picking, packing, preparing dispatch documents, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate warehouse records, including Inward, Outward, Stock Register, GRN, Delivery Challans, Return Materials, and other warehouse documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with the Purchase, Sales, Billing, Accounts, and Transport departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Supervise warehouse staff, allocate daily work, maintain discipline, and ensure housekeeping and safety standards are followed.




- Update inventory and warehouse transactions in Tally and MS Excel, ensuring stock records are accurate and match physical inventory.
- Support stock audits, minimize stock discrepancies, prevent material loss, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports to management.

Qualification

- Any Degree / Diploma.

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Godown Incharge / Store Incharge / Warehouse Executive.
