Job Description – E-Commerce Marketplace Executive (Amazon & Flipkart)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Marketplace Executive with hands-on experience in managing Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub. The candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day marketplace operations, product listings, inventory, orders, pricing, and sales optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings.
- Handle catalog creation, bulk listing, and listing error resolution.
- Monitor inventory, stock updates, and pricing.
- Process orders, returns, replacements, and cancellations.
- Plan and execute deals, promotions, and discount campaigns.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth dispatch.
- Monitor seller account health and resolve marketplace issues.
- Optimize listings using keywords, titles, bullet points,



and product descriptions.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales, inventory, and performance reports in Excel.
- Track competitors, pricing, and product performance to improve sales.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Strong knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
- Knowledge of inventory management and order processing.
- Valuable command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).
- Basic understanding of marketplace SEO and listing optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

- 1–3 years of experience in Amazon & Flipkart marketplace operations.
- Experience in handling end-to-end marketplace backend independently.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
