About the Role

Pearson is seeking a Digital Assessment Analyst to support the development, validation, and delivery of computer-based exams used globally.

This role focuses on building, reviewing, and quality-checking digital exam content , ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a seamless experience for candidates.

You will work with structured data, internal systems, and testing tools to create and validate exams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

- Build and configure computer-based exams using internal tools and structured data (XML/HTML)

- Perform detailed quality checks to ensure exams meet technical and content specifications

- Validate exam functionality and identify issues before release

- Track and manage assigned work from build through final delivery

- Work across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met

- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve delivery

- Maintain accurate documentation of changes, updates, and discrepancies

- Use reporting tools, Excel, and internal systems to manage and validate large data sets

What We’re Looking For

- Solid attention to detail and ability to work with structured data and systems

- Experience in quality assurance, testing, operations, or digital content environments

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

- Comfortable working with tools, systems, and data validation processes

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred (Not Required)

- Experience with XML, HTML,



or similar structured data formats

- Exposure to QA methodologies, validation, or testing processes

Experience

- 1–3 years experience in operations, QA, testing, or digital content environments

- Experience working on detail-oriented projects with clear quality expectations

Working Arrangements

- Full-time, onsite role in Noida
