Job Summary

We are looking for a courteous and efficient Steward to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests. The ideal candidate should ensure a pleasant dining experience by maintaining service standards, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and organized
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service stations, and utensils
- Handle guest queries and complaints politely and efficiently
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times
- Assist in billing and payment collection if required
- Support team members during peak hours
- Comply with company policies and SOPs
