Relationship Manager (RM)

- Location: Bangalore
- Work Mode: Field Work Required
- Weekend Work: Mandatory site visits on weekends
- Salary: Up to 45,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: 1-4 years

Role Overview

As a Relationship Manager at BricksToHome, you will be the key point of contact for clients, helping them find the right property while ensuring a smooth and professional buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client inquiries and build long-term relationships
- Conduct property site visits and walkthroughs (especially on weekends)
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects
- Coordinate with builders and internal teams for smooth closures
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper client records
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Assist clients throughout the buying journey-from site visit to closure

Requirements

- Strong communication,



presentation & negotiation skills
- Interest in real estate sales and client-facing roles
- Target-driven and self-motivated mindset
- Willingness to travel within Bangalore
- Knowledge of Bangalore real estate market is a plus
- Two-wheeler/vehicle preferred
