Job Summary

Lzebra Public School is seeking a caring, energetic, and creative Pre-Primary Teacher to nurture young learners in a safe and engaging classroom environment. The ideal candidate will support the social, emotional, physical, and academic development of children through age-appropriate teaching methods and interactive learning activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct engaging classroom activities for pre-primary students.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- Teach basic literacy, numeracy, communication, and social skills through play-based learning.
- Encourage creativity, curiosity, and confidence among students.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly.
- Maintain classroom discipline with patience and care.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.
- Organize classroom materials, displays, and learning resources.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Ensure the health, safety,



and well-being of all children.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field.
- Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), D.El.Ed., Montessori training, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in pre-primary or early childhood education is an advantage.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Creative, patient, and enthusiastic personality.
