About the Role
Event Planet is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Relations Associate who will manage end-to-end vendor onboarding, coordination, and listing quality. This role involves working closely with vendors, curating packages, and ensuring smooth operations across the platform.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Vendor Onboarding & Management
- Connect with vendors and onboard them on the platform Collect and verify vendor details, services, and pricing Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
2. Package Curation & Listing
- Create and curate vendor packages based on market demand Ensure accurate pricing, services,
and descriptions Maintain high-quality listings on the platform
3. Profile Verification & Quality Check
- Review vendor profiles before going live Check images, content, and overall presentation Ensure data accuracy and platform standards
4. Team Coordination & Management
- Work closely with internal teams for smooth operations Monitor onboarding and listing tasks Ensure timelines and quality benchmarks are met
5. Operations & Execution
- Handle vendor queries and coordination Ensure smooth communication between vendors and internal teams Support in improving vendor experience
What We’re Looking For
- 0–1 year experience in calling, sales, onboarding, or coordination Strong communication and negotiation skills Detail-oriented and organized approach Ability to manage multiple tasks Target-driven and proactive mindset
