We are seeking a Service Technician with basic experience in hydraulics systems (mechanical/electrical) to support customer site service operations across the Southern Region. The role involves field service, maintenance support, documentation, and coordination with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

 Provide in office service support for hydraulics systems at customer locations across South India

 Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repair of hydraulic pumps and related equipment

 Coordinate and report service activities to the Parker Service Manager in Chennai

 Travel to customer sites as required (primarily Southern region) using bus/train

 Collect competitor and market information from dealer/customer locations during idle time
