Team Management

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the travel sales team.
- Assign daily leads and monitor follow-ups.
- Ensure timely responses to all customer inquiries.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and productivity within the team.
- Resolve customer escalations effectively.

Sales & Business Development

- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Guide the team in converting leads into confirmed bookings.
- Develop strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Handle high-value and complex customer queries.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Training & Coaching

- Train current team members on sales techniques and destination knowledge.
- Conduct regular product and destination training sessions.
- Monitor call quality, WhatsApp conversations, and email communication.
- Provide continuous coaching and performance feedback.

Reporting & Operations

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor CRM updates and ensure accurate lead management.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team for smooth booking execution.




- Identify process improvements to enhance team efficiency.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in Travel Sales
- Minimum 1 year of experience in team handling preferred

- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
