Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Engineering Design and Engineering Services.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, online platforms, and client visits.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with industrial clients, consultants, architects, contractors, EPC companies, PMCs, and developers.
- Understand client requirements and promote the company's engineering capabilities. Prepare capability presentations, technical proposals, commercial quotations, and tender submissions in coordination with internal teams.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert business opportunities into projects.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts with clients.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with design and project teams during project handover and execution. Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals,



and business development activities.
- Submit weekly and monthly business development reports to management.

Requirement:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience in Engineering Design Consultancy, Industrial Projects, EPC, Construction, MEP, Architecture, or related industries will be preferred.
- Business development, lead generation, and client acquisition. Proposal preparation and commercial negotiation.
- Strong presentation, communication, and networking skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for business development activities.

Pay: ₹25,364.21 - ₹60,353.09 per month
