- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
- Strong knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Experience in backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Familiarity with database security management and user access controls.
- Ability to monitor database health and troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- Understanding of database patching and upgrade procedures.
