Role Overview

We are adding enthusiastic entry-level Backend, Frontend, and Full Stack Developers into our team to support the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications in a structured, process-oriented engineering setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend application components
- Write clean, efficient, scalable, and well-documented code
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs
- Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Perform debugging, testing, and performance optimization
- Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Follow SDLC processes and Agile methodologies

Must-Have Skills

- Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
- Solid knowledge of HTML5,



CSS3, and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with at least one frontend framework (React / Angular / Vue.js)
- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Understanding of CRUD operations and database fundamentals (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB)
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
- Basic knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile practices
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills

Good-to-Have

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) or deployment fundamentals
- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
- Understanding of caching tools such as Redis / Ehcache
- Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts (e.g., JWT basics)
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD concepts
