SANPAR Industries is an Indian OEM specializing in compressed air treatment, industrial cooling and thermal management solutions serving aerospace, defence, pharmaceuticals, electronics and manufacturing industries since 1994.

We are seeking a Resident Service Engineer to be based in Hyderabad to provide dedicated technical support to our key strategic customers.

This role requires a technically competent engineer capable of becoming the trusted face of SANPAR at customer locations while ensuring maximum equipment uptime and exceptional customer satisfaction.

This position combines technical expertise, customer relationship management and aftermarket business development.

Installation & Commissioning

- Commission and validate newly supplied equipment.
- Conduct functional testing and performance verification.
- Ensure installations comply with SANPAR engineering standards.
- Train customer operators and maintenance personnel.

Preventive Maintenance

- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Conduct routine health inspections of installed equipment.
- Minimise unexpected downtime through proactive servicing.
- Ensure required tools, consumables and spare parts are available before maintenance visits.
- Recommend replacement of wear components before failure.

Breakdown Maintenance

- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns.
- Diagnose refrigeration, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical faults.
- Identify root causes and implement permanent corrective actions.




- Communicate findings and corrective actions clearly to customers and SANPAR teams.
- Restore equipment to service with minimal downtime.

Lifecycle Services & Business Development to continuously identify genuine customer requirements for:

- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- Preventive Maintenance Contracts
- Spare Parts
- Repair & Refurbishment
- Equipment Health Audits
- Equipment Modernisation
- Product Upgrades
- Replacement Equipment

Product Reliability & Continuous Improvement

- Capture field failures and recurring issues.
- Submit technical feedback to Engineering and Product Development.
- Recommend improvements for future product designs.

Essential:

- Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (AC&R; / MRAC), Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration Technology.
- 3–8 years of experience in field service of industrial refrigeration, compressed air systems, HVAC or capital equipment.
- Strong understanding of refrigeration systems and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Mainly within Hyderabad and Telangana with occasional travel across South India for training and support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
