Qualification: DCE / D.Arch / B.Arch / Diploma / B.E / B.Tech (Civil preferred)

Candidates are required for Kumbakonam and Karaikal locations

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers & experienced candidates can apply)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

Inspect land and building properties by visiting the site and verifying physical details. Measure land and building areas, check construction type and condition, and observe surrounding developments. Take site photographs and collect required information to support accurate valuation.

Coordinate with office team and clients

Ensure accuracy in site data collection

Requirements

DCE / D.Arch / B.Arch / Civil Engineering background

Knowledge of construction and measurements

Willingness to travel for site visits

Two-wheeler preferred for site visits

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
