Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Explain QBay Careers' services and guide prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in Customer Service, Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, Academic Counselling, or Student Consulting is an advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset.
