Position: Stone Crusher Plant Manager
Experience: Minimum 4 years in the stone crushing, mining, aggregates industry
Location: As per project requirement

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day crusher plant operations to achieve production targets.
- Ensure optimum plant performance, equipment utilization, and product quality.
- Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Lead and manage supervisors, operators, mechanics, and unskilled manpower.
- Liaise with government authorities, contractors, vendors, and customers.
- Monitor safety, statutory compliance, and operational discipline.
- Prepare production reports and maintain operational records.

Required Skills

- Robust technical knowledge of stone crushing plants and equipment.
- Production planning and operational management.
- Leadership and people management.
- Stakeholder and liaison management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Email (Outlook/Gmail).
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
