Role Summary:
Lead the academic strategy, content quality, and curriculum alignment for K-12 publishing. Ensure high-quality textbooks, digital content, and teacher resources aligned with CBSE/ICSE/State Boards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive academic planning and curriculum alignment
- Oversee content development, review, and quality control
- Lead editorial and academic teams
- Design and support teacher training programs
- Collaborate with Product & Sales for effective implementation
- Track curriculum changes and market trends
Requirements:
- Master’s in Education / Subject (PhD preferred)
- 10–15 years in academic publishing/education
- Robust knowledge of K-12 curriculum
- Leadership and team management experience
