Coordinate daily hospital operations to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.

Monitor OP, IP, Emergency, OT, ICU, and other support service operations.

Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to resolve operational issues promptly.

Ensure adherence to hospital policies, SOPs, NABH standards, and quality protocols.

Monitor bed occupancy, patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharge processes.

Supervise front office, billing, housekeeping, security, and patient support services as assigned.

Conduct regular operational rounds and identify areas for improvement.

Handle patient complaints and coordinate timely resolution.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and MIS.

Coordinate with maintenance and biomedical teams to ensure uninterrupted services.





Support implementation of recent operational initiatives and quality improvement projects.

Monitor departmental KPIs and assist in achieving operational targets.

Coordinate staff scheduling and manpower utilization in collaboration with department heads.

Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, fire, and statutory guidelines.

Participate in audits, accreditation activities, and hospital committees.

Assist in organizing training programs and operational meetings.

Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Operations Manager or Unit Head.
