Responsibilities

- Deliver structured training sessions in digital marketing
- Explain marketing concepts using practical examples and industry use cases
- Develop learning materials, assignments, and classroom activities
- Evaluate student performance through assessments and practical exercises
- Guide learners in completing projects and digital campaign activities
- Provide academic support and technical guidance throughout the course
- Collaborate with the academic team to maintain training quality

Educational Qualification

- Master's degree in any discipline (Mandatory)
- Bachalor's degree in B.TECH, B.CA, B.SC or any relavant domain.
- Digital Marketing certification will be an added advantage

Experience

- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience
- Minimum 1 year of practical experience in digital marketing
- Prior teaching or corporate training experience is desirable

Working knowledge of the following tools is preferred:

- Google Analytics
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Search Console
- Google Tag Manager (basic)
- Canva
- WordPress
- SEMrush or Ahrefs

Additional Requirements

- Fluency in Bengali is required
- Valuable communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners
- Interest in mentoring and student development

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
