Position: Site Store Executive
Location: Shravasti, Uttar Pradesh
Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 2–8 Years (Preferably in Water Supply, JJM, EPC, Infrastructure, or O&M; Projects)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Site Store & Maintenance Executive to manage site store operations, inventory control, and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling construction/project materials, maintaining records, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring proper upkeep of tools, equipment, and assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day site store operations, including receipt, storage, issue, and stock verification of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, material inward/outward, and stock registers.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
- Maintain records of tools, machinery, and consumables issued to site personnel.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of site equipment, tools, and machinery.




- Ensure proper maintenance of site assets and report repair requirements promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and maintenance reports.
- Follow safety standards and ensure proper housekeeping in the store and maintenance area.
- Coordinate with project engineers, vendors, and site supervisors for material planning and equipment availability.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of store and inventory management.
- Experience in material handling, stock reconciliation, and documentation.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and inventory management systems.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently at project sites.
- Knowledge of ERP/software for inventory management will be an added advantage.
