Field Officer Job Description

- Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations at assigned sites to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Staff Management: Coordinate, schedule, and monitor the performance of blue-collar staff such as cleaners, security personnel, and technicians.
- Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients to address concerns and maintain satisfaction.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, statutory norms, and company policies.




- Inspection and Reporting: Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports on operations and maintenance.
- Inventory Control: Manage and maintain adequate stock of consumables and supplies at sites.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain uninterrupted services.
- Training & Development: Organize and conduct training sessions for on-ground staff to improve skills and efficiency.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors for services like pest control, landscaping, or equipment repair.
- Budget Management: Monitor site budgets and ensure cost-effective operations without compromising quality.
