- Lead the end to end S 4HANA Brownfield Conversion lifecycle discovery planning build testing cutover Hypercare stabilization
- Own program governance scope budget schedule RAID dependencies KPIs and executive reporting
- Manage SAP Activate across Discover Prepare Explore Realize Deploy Run
- Facilitate cross functional governance forums and risk escalation trajectories
Technical Requirements:
- 12 years of SAP program project management experience
- At least one end to end S 4HANA brownfield conversion delivered in a global environment
- Demonstrated expertise in multi workstream coordination across core SAP modules FI CO MM SD PP QM EWM TM and MDG preferred
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor s degree in engineering Computer Science Information Systems or related field
- Preferred PMP Prince2 PMI ACP CSM Protected or SAP Activate Project Manager certification
