Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Depending on experience) + Attractive Incentives

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our services, generating leads, and converting them into customers while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided data.
- Explain the company's products and services professionally.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments where required.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer details and call status in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements





- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
