Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives

About the Role

Gatecode Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented BPO Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers while delivering an excellent customer experience. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Promote and explain the company's products and services.

Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Follow up with potential customers to close sales opportunities.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintain accurate call logs and customer records in the CRM system.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth customer onboarding.





Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely follow-ups.

Eligibility & Requirements

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred).

Good communication skills in Hindi and Basic English.

Solid convincing and negotiation skills.

Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Quick learner with a willingness to grow professionally.
