Job Summary

Job Summary : Senior ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands‑on experience on the ServiceNow platform, including end‑to‑end implementation experience of Workplace Service Delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, platform development, integrations, Employee Service Center (ESC), and upgrade management, with a focus on delivering scalable and user‑friendly workplace solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : Lead and contribute to end‑to‑end implementations from requirement analysis to deployment and post‑go‑live support. Configure and enhance workplace services including reservation management (rooms, desks, parking, assets) and catering requests. Design and develop using ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions). Build and maintain Service Catalog items, workflows, and Flow Designer solutions. Configure and customize Employee Service Center (ESC), including taxonomies, topics, and request categorization. Develop and support Service Portal components and widgets to improve employee experience. Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server. Perform ServiceNow upgrades, including impact analysis, regression testing,



and resolution of skipped records. Ensure platform stability, performance, security, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical guidance to team members.

Skill Requirements

Skill Requirement : 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs) Experience with workplace solutions such as reservations and catering workflows Hands‑on experience with Employee Service Center (ESC) and taxonomy configuration Solid experience with ServiceNow integrations Experience handling ServiceNow upgrades and platform support Strong understanding of ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog Certifications Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
