Job Description: Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence and visualization solutions. Perform complex data analysis and create detailed reports and dashboards. Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address their data needs. Lead small projects and ensure timely delivery. Mentor and train junior team members.

Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports aligned to business KPIs
- Build productive data models using star/snowflake schema principles
- Develop advanced DAX measures and calculations for complex business logic
- Integrate Power BI with multiple data sources (SQL, cloud data warehouses, APIs, Excel)
- Optimize report performance and data refresh strategies
- Implement row-level security (RLS) and data governance best practices
- Work on data pipelines and semantic layer design
- Conduct UAT, validation,



and support business sign-off
- Provide documentation and end-user training for self-service analytics
- Support production issues and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications: Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service
- Proficient in DAX , Power Query (M), and data modeling
- Strong SQL skills (writing optimized queries, joins, aggregations)
- Experience working with cloud data platforms (Azure Synapse, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift – any)
- Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data warehousing fundamentals

Experience with Power BI deployment pipelines and workspace management
