Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Software Trainer to deliver high-quality technical training to students, fresh graduates, and working professionals. The trainer will be responsible for preparing course materials, conducting practical sessions, assessing learner performance, and ensuring students are industry-ready.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and online technical training sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Train students on programming languages, frameworks, databases, and software tools.
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions and project-based learning.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments and practical tests.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship.
- Assist students in building resumes, portfolios, and interview skills.
- Keep course content updated with current industry trends.
- Support placement activities by conducting mock interviews and technical evaluations.
- Maintain attendance, training reports, and student progress records.
- Coordinate with the HR and Placement team for student development.
- Ensure the training lab and software setting are properly maintained.

- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Basic understanding of Git/GitHub.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications are an added advantage.

Experience

- Freshers with excellent technical knowledge can apply.
- 1–5 years of experience in software development or technical training is preferred.

Working Hours

- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (or as per company policy)
