Job Description: Senior Landscape Architect (5–8 Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Landscape Architect with 5–8 years of professional experience to lead the planning, design, and execution of landscape architecture projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, design creativity, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable, and innovative landscape solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of landscape architecture projects from concept through construction.
- Prepare site analysis, master plans, conceptual designs, detailed drawings, planting plans, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, urban planners, civil engineers, and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop presentations, design reports, specifications, and client proposals.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and project requirements.
- Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, and resolve design-related issues.
- Review drawings, material selections, and contractor submissions for quality and compliance.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Mentor junior landscape architects and support their professional development.
- Participate in client meetings, design workshops, and stakeholder presentations.
- Integrate sustainable design principles, water-sensitive landscaping, and native planting strategies into projects.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant professional experience in landscape architecture.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of completed landscape design projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional, or mixed-use developments.
- Thorough understanding of landscape design standards, construction methods, and plant materials.
