- Support machining operations in both Soft Stage (Turning & Machining) and Hard Stage (Grinding)
- Perform and optimize CNC programming for machining processes
- Operate and manage:
- CNC Turning Machines
- CNC Machining Centers
- Gear Manufacturing processes
- Electro Chemical Machining (ECM)
- Handle precision grinding operations:
- Outside Diameter (OD) Grinding
- Internal Grinding
- Centerless Grinding
- Develop and implement process planning for machining operations
- Prepare and maintain Manufacturing Engineering (ME) documentation
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and continuous process improvement
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for production efficiency
