Internship / Trainee Opportunity: As HR Intern at Aifer Education Pvt Ltd, Calicut

Please note that interns are required to use their own laptops during the internship period, as the company will not be providing laptops.

Details:

- Onsite
- Duration: 6 months (Minimum) +extendable 2 x 3months
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Second Saturday and Sundays are weekly offs)
- Office Hours: 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM
- Location: Chevayur, Calicut
- Stipend - 3,500 per month

Responsibilities:

- Assisting the HR team in daily operations
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
- Maintaining and updating HR databases




- Other administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Masters/Degree/Diploma or any certified course in HR.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to current tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office is a plus
- Mindset to learn and initiate yourself
